Cart (for 3 or 4 people)

- 200 grams of quinoa
- 100 grams of red quinoa
- 1 large purple sweet potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
- a good handful of green olives
- 250 gr of mushrooms sliced

- 1 tsp vegetable stock
- 1 onion, chopped

Cauldron

1 / both Cook quinoa in boiling water with the broth.

4 / When quinoa is cooked and has absorbed all the cooking water, add onions and mushrooms, chili, salt and pepper to taste. Add the olives and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5 / Here! I served with burgers tofu and tempeh.

- 80 gr sugar cane
- 180 gr flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 60 gr cornstarch

2 / In a small saucepan, make a caramel with water and 100 g of sugar cane. When the caramel becomes beige, add the cream, the tip of sea salt and apples and cook another 5 minutes.
3 / Combine apple pulp, add the cornstarch and pour into molds.
4 / Prepare a classic crumble with a little margarine (about 1 tablespoon), sugar (about 2 tbsp) flour (about 2 tablespoons).
5 / Sprinkle top of each muffin cup full of dough crumble. Do not hesitate to put a nice amount!
6 / thermostat 5 Bake in preheated in an oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Cauldron

1 / In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, spices, baking powder and baking with candied ginger.
2 / Add the oil, the mixture of powdered flax seed and molasses and mix well to form a smooth paste.
3 / Let the dough rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Obviously, it was completely frozen over, despite the pan. But it must be what it takes! We ended the day (well, not everyone :-() au Pot au Lait (Rice? Soy? Almond for me!) Where I had never set foot in it and decided I want to move there. This is the cafe of my dreams! Fortunately there is not one like that in Brussels, I spend my life.

I cooked muffins forty and sixty cookies for the occasion, vegan and organic, of course, that I sold for the benefit of Animaveg . Everything is gone in 30 minutes! Pure madness guys! Besides, I promised revenues and promised it comes, I'll try them today.

After long hours of driving (= chat), we finally arrived at the show, he should be around noon. And there ... there ... hallucination. It was huge! Full of guys! Very nice! I finally could not participate in the Vegan speed dating (which I found the concept funissime), since it fell hair cell during the conference that I really wanted to see, which focused on education for animal rights in education.

So, on the ground floor, there was conference room and the main hall which gave cooking lessons and where they could buy food veeeegaaaaannnn!


I enjoyed like crazy to make a face with vegan food, activity proposed by FoodJoie, and for sure I will do my students!

- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp water

Cauldron

Just mix everything. As always with spreads I put them in mini-tupperware, I keep one in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. Voilààà!

Basket (for two)

- 2 pears
- 70 ml white wine
- 1 / 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 1 / 2 pod
vanilla - 1 teaspoon vegetable margarine
- 1 tbsp sugar

Cauldron

1) In a baking dish, pour the wine, add the cardamom, vanilla bean scraped.
2) Cut the pears in half, peel and remove core. Arrange in pan, rounded side down.
3) Put 1 / 4 teaspoon of margarine on each pear half and sprinkle with sugar.
4) Cover the dish with foil and cook them in oven for 30 minutes at Gas 4.
