Hummus Sundried Tomato Quinoa Muffins crumbleisés

Assya My friend, who is very interested in veganism and especially raw fooders, asked me for recipes quinoa because it is a vegetable (yes it's not a grain quinoa) she wants to cook and we understand! It's too good and it's great for a nutritional standpoint. It's really a love for cooking food, in fact I buy them by weight! So here

Assya my first recipe just for you! Others will come, promise!
Alex and I found it very good, sweet violet ... it's just downright brilliant ...
I ate leftovers in burritos nori the next day with a little salad and avocado, it was delicious!


Cart (for 3 or 4 people)

- 200 grams of quinoa
- 100 grams of red quinoa
- 1 large purple sweet potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
- a good handful of green olives
- 250 gr of mushrooms sliced
paris - 1 small green pepper chopped
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable stock
- 1 onion, chopped

Cauldron

1 / both Cook quinoa in boiling water with the broth.
2 / Meanwhile, cook on a stove to heat the onions and mushrooms.
3 / When quinoa is half-cooked, add the cubed sweet potatoes and continue cooking.
4 / When quinoa is cooked and has absorbed all the cooking water, add onions and mushrooms, chili, salt and pepper to taste. Add the olives and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5 / Here! I served with burgers tofu and tempeh.
