But the project is effective and efficient, to say the least, the participation of citizens is essential to its realization. This is called a participatory approach that would allow elected as residents and associations to reflect together on the solution best adapted to local context. A Participatory Approach with residents and local actors can help build shared collective interest. Also remember, the industrial activity often respond when it concerns the chemical, waste treatment, storage of hazardous materials. Preventive measures and administrative constraints are poorly understood. It is therefore essential and even critical to involve local residents in this endeavor. However, their information appears to be insufficient and must be gargarisée. Must to avoid failure, building confidence and reassurance before that, organizing the meeting and voicing concerns in the context of an exchange device before explaining. In other words, to achieve better results in the field of waste management, players must systematize daily citizen consultation. Sociologists agree that a collaborative project promotes better approximation of points of view and helps to dissipate fears.
